The 12-Hour Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order only within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this 12-hour grace period, we begin crafting/making your  item and are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

 Final Sale & itBlinx Return Policy

  • To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on any items.
  • All products are final sale, including regular-priced items, discounted items, and gift cards.
  • We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after you have worn/used the items.

  • Wrong Item Sent: While we strive for perfection, we are human! If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this specific case, we will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
